Lovepop is amazing. From their beautiful cards, to their customer service. I have a family member who is incarcerated and this is a wonderful way to send them a little something from the outside world that puts a smile on their face and let them know they are loved. Thank you Lovepop!!!

I purchased several Lovepop cards yesterday, because I exhausted my supply of 10 cards from months ago. I love the Lovepop cards because they are so beautiful and artistic. They are both joyful to give and to receive. I always receive thank yous and compliments after I give a Lovepop card. I will continue to be a returning customer and highly recommend Lovepop cards.

Delays delays delays in getting the product. It is not clear to me it will ever be delivered to my recipient. While this is a good idea, they simply can not get delivery done correctly I've been going back and forth with customer services who just tells me to wait a few more days. The tracking shows it was en route (re-directed to me) vs. my recipient. They refuse to refund until I wait a few more days. Very disappointing..

Always had great experience with the cards they're one of the few vendors I continue to go back to. When there's been a problem that been up front and prompt in clearing it up.

I’ve been buying cards for my family and friends for about 6 months now. Not that, that is a long time but sheesh, the smiles and thank you’s I get for these cards mean the world to me. So thank you for that. That’s all.

The man was polite but y’all do not have what I thought i had seen on TV that you sold. It wasn’t his fault.

I couldn't get the buttons to work properly on my phone so I called and was rewarded with Jason who treated me splendidly. Glad I didn't just give up the shopping when I ran into difficult buttons.

The young lady I spoke with was too soft spoken. Couldn’t make out everything she was saying.
I had to offer my order # so she could see who she was talking to and what I was talking about.
She couldn’t answer my question and put me on hold to get someone to tell her what to do. I feel I was on hold too long.

I love sending cards to those who are down hearted. I like things that are different and special. I want those who receive my cards to know that I care and they are special.

I love the products and people are excited to get these cards. They are wonderfully constructed by their artistry team and have either figures, flowers or both that pop up upon opening. The cards are truly a delight!
